As you know we were on a vacation in New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado. Well before we left we took my 2 yr old Singer into the shop for regular maintenance. Now that was about 3 weeks ago. We went in and there is a part in the bobbin mechanism that is on order and no telling when it will be in. I guess Singer is having issues with the quality of the product. So while we were talking to the gentleman we started looking around. I have had a Janome and didn’t have an ounce of problems for 15 yrs. We decided right then to get a new Janome as it was on sale. I am in love with my new machine. The Singer will be used as a back up. NOW new fabric and new machine. Now to get to work.

I bought my first ever sewing machine. It was from IKEA so maybe not the best but I love it! Haven’t used it properly for awhile with things up in a heap but hopefully get crafting again. 🙂
