Wintery day

What we woke up to this morning. It is 9:22am and still snowing. I have started cutting the fabric I purchased yesterday. I am starting on a Labyrinth quilt by Debbie Maddy.

Great day for sewing, and watching the poor souls who are getting out having to drive in this slick day. Be safe and stay warm.

  Thanks. I have having a blast. Snow is so fine Hubby cleaned the driveway with a leaf blower..

Agree with Mrs P………That fabric is gorgeous!!!!! The snow…..well, not so much!!!! “Wind chill” at the moment is 25F!!!!! And this is in South Texas just above the border!!!!!!! It’s just wrong!!!

  Yes way too wrong. Told Hubby if we entered a contest for a vacation it would be to Alaska or the North Pole. I just can’t seem to get warm. Get out a thick quilt and curl up with a good hand project.

    Yup…….quilts have so many applications!!!! BUT staying/keeping one warm is first and foremost!!!!! LOL!!!!!
