Hello from beautiful Snowy Missouri. Today has been a wonderful day starting with a pretty white powdery snow. Then working on my APQ UFO Challenge. Since doing this and a few more challenges I have been getting more things accomplished. This last month I learned a painful lesson. I was having issues with headaches and no one could find out why. Then the Neurologist sent me for Physical Therapy. I learned my posture was not good, and I was not doing any stretching. Now I stretch, change my chair position, and use better posture. One month no headache. YEA!
Last night we used as a work and planning night with the kids for the craft fairs.
It was a fun night with the men watching movies and giving their thoughts on what we were talking about. Maybe next time without them.
I have a quilt on the machine working on the quilting. It is great to so many things finished. Well machine is waiting for me, so have a great evening.
