Today I started making Peanut brittle and Pecan Brittle. Made 4 pounds of it. Still have lots to go. Alicia has been making “Thin Blue Line” coffee cozies for our Sale coming up in a few weeks. These are to show support for our Law Enforcement Dept.

Today starts the beginning of a 3 day celebration in Independence, MO, the hometown to Harry S. Truman, who was the 33rd President.
